Create release branch 1.1 and clean up doc

A release branch is to be made then we must clean up the documentation (remove empty modules, broken internal links etc)

This is a must before the release.

The release branch has been created. You can check it out

• either from its dedicated repository

  hg clone http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon-1.1 lemon-1.1
  cd lemon-1.1
  hg up -C 1.1
  

• or from the 'all-in-one' lemon repository

  hg clone http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon#1.1 lemon-1.1

I have attached two patches. [3adf5e2d1e62] should be merged into both branches, [189760a7cdd0] removes the missing tools and empty modules from the doc (in the release branch 1.1).

After merging these changesets and resolving the other pending issues in this milestone, the branch is prepared for the release, I think. In fact, the doc still needs improvements for some tools (e.g. LP tools, arc/edge sets etc.), but the interface and the implementation of all tools seem to be all right now.

Is there any questionable point left in the interface?

[3adf5e2d1e62] went into the main branch and [189760a7cdd0] went to the release branch 1.1.

I think [3adf5e2d1e62] should also be merged into branch 1.1, since it contains doc fixes, e.g. on the main page.

Of course. In fact, there are other chgsets in the main branch that should go to 1.1. I 'll merge all of them together.
