[1f08e846df29] contains bug fixes in the
tolerance()functions ofPreflowandCirculation, it should be merged into both branches. [86c49553fea5] improves the test files and the doc related to these functions. (The new versions of the test files wouldn't compile without the bug fix.) This changeset should be merged only into the main branch.
