[88da4852da9e] ports the lgf-gen utility. Is uses the euler.h, so should be applied on the top of the bundle file at #65.
Please review it.

The lgf-gen tool is in the main. See [d9e43511d11c], and [06e0fb20a97c].

lgf-gen uses the Suurballe and the Euler tour algorithms, therefore this ticket must be postponed until the port of these two tools.
